This has to be done manually, and there is some software like driver detective that you can purchase in order to find the drivers automatically.

Once you have downloaded the drivers, you can install them. Some of the drivers might conflict if you try to overwrite their previous profiles. You can just uninstall/remove that hardware virtually or physically and install its new driver after plugging it in the computer. If you are still finding complexities, then the driver that you have downloaded might not be of the hardware that you are installing or there might be some problem or conflicts in your computer.
