   Your tech support folks worked TIRELESSLY on my problem and even contacted me the next day to see if everything was ok.
   I was impressed. I’ve contacted you guys concerning what my problem actually turned out to be: My PC had 2 different accounts set up for Norton. With 2 different PC Names.
   Once I got rid of the old one, everything worked. I had CHANGED my PC name to a name
   that was easier to remember. It was originally set to some unintelligible series of letters and numbers, and I simply changed it to: Billystoy and everything started to work normally.
